Focus: build strength AND athleticism Program split: 5x days per week. - Monday: Full Body Push Strength + Core - Tuesday: Sprints + Upper Biceps & Back - Wednesday: Zone 2 Cardio + Maintenance & Mobility - Thursday: Full Body Pull Strength + Core - Friday: Metcon + Upper Chest & Triceps - Saturday/Sunday: designated OFF or makeup days Equipment: primarily kettlebells, dumbbells, bands, bodyweight, and jump rope.
